Zara Falkiner-Rose is a Multimedia Designer and Content Producer who loves to make things.

As a kid she learned to draw, paint, fold and sculpt. As a teenager she discovered the wondrous worlds of Adobe Illustrator and iPad illustration-software. And as a 20-something not-quite Millennial/not-quite Gen Z, she found a passion for design, animation, motion-graphics and marketing.

With experience in marketing/advertising, design, video/animation, science communication and social media, Zara has an eclectic set of skills that have helped her create engaging campaigns and content for a number of organisations and their clients. These include: ARC Centre of Excellence Optical Microcombs for
Breakthrough Science, the Australian Business Deans Council, The New Daily, the Public Interest Journalism Initiative, Forethought Research, Falkiner Media Services, Science in Public, RMIT InPac, Clunes Booktown, Philanthropy Australia, Pro Bono Australia and the Australian Council of Deans of Education.

Zara holds a Bachelor of Communication (Advertising) from RMIT University and a Master of Design (Multimedia) from Monash University. She currently resides in Melbourne, Australia as is pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Management at The University of Melbourne.

In her free-er time, she can be found baking breads and pastries, cultivating memes, playing volleyball and annoying her dogs.
